The document block in the flow editor is used to integrate documents into your flow.
You can create new documents in Centrldesk or import existing documents.
The input of the document is connected to your flow according to the desired processing order. The output determines how the document is to be processed further, e.g. conversion to PDF or archiving.
You can define variables and logic within the document by selecting the document and clicking on Edit.
With Connect Data you determine how the document parameters are controlled externally in order to integrate and use the document in your flow.

Depending on the use case, it is better to control the logic of the variables outside the document globally via Connect Data or inside the document on the respective variable.Library:
