This month we've released a new block Send Mail and the new option User of the block Value to use users as values in Centrldesk.
New block: Send Mail
With Send Mail you can easily send emails directly from your process flow. The email can be sent to one or more recipients, and you can also add attachments.
To use the Send Mail block, just add it to your process flow and enter the necessary information.
Sending emails directly from your process flow is a great way to keep your team updated or send documents. This makes it easy to keep everyone in the loop and saves you time.
User information in Flows and Values
We've also added a new option to the Value block, which allows you to use users as values in your process flow or documents. This is useful if you want to automatically fill in user information. For example, you could use this to automatically fill in the approver's name.
This new option allows you to use users in blocks that support this feature. For example, you can now use a user as the recipient of a Send Mail action. To use this new option, just select User from the drop-down list in the Value block.
