How to manage your profile

In this video, you will learn how to manage your Centrldesk profile.


Steps:

  1. Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner and select Profiles. You are now on your profile settings.
  2. Click on your avatar image to upload a new avatar image or delete your existing one.
  3. The Linked Accounts section will show you if you are using Google or Microsoft accounts to authenticate with Centrldesk.
  4. Under Security, you can click Change Password to change your password.
  5. Mobile Authenticator offers you the possibility to connect an Authenticator App (here Google-Authenticator) with your Centrldesk account. We recommend setting up and using a mobile authenticator as it significantly increases security.
  6. Under Account, you can permanently delete your Centrldesk account by clicking Delete Account.
